Holistic healing

My vision is to create a safe space of pure presence that allows for the emergence of your innate self-healing abilities, and to assist in improving your health and well-being.

My services

Massage
My approach is rooted in the belief that the body carries deep wisdom and an innate capacity to heal. Each session is a collaboration- an invitation for your body to soften, unwind, and return to its natural state of balance. I weave together a combination of broad and specific pressure, relaxing and therapeutic techniques to relax the nervous system, relieve pain, and disrupt holding patterns that cause discomfort and meet your unique needs in the moment. My touch is slow, intentional, and deeply attentive, creating space for lasting release, nervous system regulation, and profound relaxation. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, support through major life transitions, or simply a space to rest and reconnect, my work is designed to meet you where you are, honoring your body’s pace and process every step of the way.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

A gentle, hands-on approach that helps release tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using light touch of 5 grams, I assess and support the movement of the craniosacral rhythm. By encouraging the body’s natural healing processes, craniosacral work can ease physical and emotional stress, promote relaxation, and restore balance in the nervous system.

Modalities
I utilize a wide range of modalities including swedish, prenatal, thai, trigger point, deep tissue, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, reflexology, cupping, hot rocks, and CST.

  • Developed by John Upledger, Doctor of Osteopathy, CST is a light-touch, non-invasive, therapeutic approach to healing through the evaluation and treatment of the Craniosacral system; the soft tissue and fluid that protect your brain and spinal cord. It provides relief of pain and dysfunction for many sensory, motor, and neurological disorders by supporting the body’s self healing abilities.

  • A typical craniosacral can last anywhere from 30-90 minutes. You will remain fully clothed during the session, so it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement. The therapist will use a gentle pressure of 5 grams, about the weight of a nickel to test for and release restrictions in the Craniosacral system, and will sit or stand positioned at various points of your head, torso, or feet. Other techniques are used to gently unwind and align the fascia- a continuous web of connective tissue throughout the body. CST does not focus solely on the site of pain or dysfunction, but evaluates the entire body to find the source of the problem.

What you experience from your own session is highly individual. Most people find receiving CST is deeply relaxing. You may experience varying sensations such as heat, coolness, tingling, or numbness throughout your body as it begins to unwind and release tensions. You may even recall circumstances surrounding a past trauma or injury that caused your body stress. While it doesn’t occur in every session, this aspect of the process is called Somato Emotional Release and is perfectly normal. After the session you may feel energized or very relaxed. It is common for improvements to continue weeks after the session.

  • Because CST is gentle and non-invasive it’s virtually risk free and people of all ages can benefit from the therapy. There are certain situations CST is not recommended. These include any physiological conditions which slight changes in intracranial pressure could cause instability such as recent cerebral hemorrhage, stroke, or acute aneurysm.
